Attention:  Effective October 1st, all FHA appraisals will have to be completed by a Certified Real Estate Appraiser that has education and training in FHA appraisals.  Camelot Real Estate Appraisers has you covered!  We have Certified appraisers on board, that are educated and experienced to meet these new requirements.  Don't wait until the last minute, only to find your appraisal will not be accepted by FHA because your current appraiser did not meet the licensing requirements.  Take advantage of our skills and education in this area, to save you time.  We make contact with either the borrower or access provider the day the order is placed and we are capable of same day turnaround on appraisals at no extra charge.
